eBackup - Log Help

This page shows all log entries for the scheduled backup jobs. In this overview it's possible to see errors they are occurred while eBackup is running. Additional the IP Addresses, the Browser version and the operation system are visible. Furthermore it's possible to delete these log entries by filtering for job names. Only configured scheduled backup jobs are included in the selection list.

Toolbar Icons (Functions):

	By clicking this button the function to view the directory of all SQL Dump Files will be activated. This overview shows all contained SQL Dump Files and is divided in categories. Additional it's possible to manage the SQL Dump Files on a remote FTP server.
	By clicking this button the function for a manually started backup will be activated. In this function it's possible to select tables they should include in the backup. Additional there are some maintenance actions fort he tables available. More information's about this functionality are available in this dialog.
	By clicking this button the function for the administration of the scheduled jobs will be activated. With this function it's possible to create, edit or delete schedule backup jobs. Further information is available in this function dialog by clicking the Help button.
	By clicking this button the function "Settings" will be activated. Within this function it's possible to define the default backup options. These settings will be used for all manually initiated backups and as default values for new scheduled backup jobs.

Toolbar Icons (Actions):

By clicking this button the action for deleting the selected log entries will be accomplished. The check box in the table header selects or deselects all log entries.

Columns:

Check Box
With this check box it's possible to select or de select log entries for the deletion. The check box in the table header can be used to select or deselect all log entries in this view. The deletion of the selected entries will be initiated by clicking the button "Clear Log" in the toolbar.
Time
This column shows the date / time stamp for the scheduled backup jobs.
IP Addr.
This column shows the IP Addresses from the initiating client.
Host
This column shows the host name of the remote client who initiated the scheduled backup job.
Browser
This column shows the Browser including the version of the remote client who initiated the scheduled backup job.
OS
This column shows the Operating System of the remote client who initiated the scheduled backup job.
Job Name
This column shows the scheduled backup job name.
Message
This column shows detailed information about the scheduled backup job.
